Our chapter sponsors an annual visit to Spelman College and other Historical Black College and Universities every October. The trip targets female high school students and consists of visiting academic buildings, touring the campuses, meeting with faculty, and talking to current students.

Our chapter awards the Mary Elizabeth Gaines Parker C'42 scholarship and Mattie H. Collins C'36 book award every year to an incoming freshman woman in financial need. As long as the student continues to maintain her good academic standing, she will continue to receive a yearly scholarship until graduation.
